- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The Searson family really are an amazing bunch of people. We originally went to another local Funeral Director as we had used them before for my uncle. Their approach was impersonal, slow, lacking an enthusiasm and most of all the charges were totally unjustifiable. it was only by chance that we went down to the Searsons office and decided to go in and have a chat. We sat for an hour just talking, mainly about my auntie, they show interest in her which was lovely. They came up with some brilliant ideas for the service, the feel was very informal but you could tell they knew what they were talking about. Confident, friendly, warming, the perfect people and we decided to stay with them. Their costs were nealy £800 less than what we had been quoted by the other firm and they gave us so much more for our money. It just goes to show that funeral directors are not all the same, so if you need a funeral director go and meet the Searson family.
